ZeytonCart Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Orders Without Tracking Info, In Transit, Pending, or Expired

Orders are considered delayed after:

  • 60 days from dispatch (general)
  • 45 days for USA shipments
  • 110 days for Brazil
  • 100 days for ZeytonCart Liquid Line shipping

ZeytonCart cannot accept disputes for some untraceable shipping methods.

2. Orders Not Received

No refund/reshipment if tracking shows "Delivered". If not received:

  • Provide non-delivery certificate from local post office (with seal)
  • ZeytonCart is not responsible for unclaimed or refused deliveries

3. Damaged Products

  • Fully damaged: Full refund or replacement
  • Partially damaged: Partial refund
  • Electronic items: Dispute must be opened within 30 days

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Wrong item/size/color: Full refund or replacement (with photo proof)
  • Missing accessories: Send accessory or refund

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after processing or dispatch.

Important Interpretations

  • Dispute Deadline: Must open before order is marked complete
  • Force Majeure: No liability for events like war, customs hold, epidemic, etc.
  • Shipping Limitations: No dispute for PostNL, Electric PostNL, EUB, ZeytonCart Railway Economy, etc.
  • Country Restrictions: No disputes accepted for blocked/limited regions
  • Returns: Only accepted to China warehouse within 30 days (not recommended)
