At Zeyton Cart, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below to know how we can assist you.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items on sale or with special offers are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items with a clear hygiene seal, such as cosmetics, skincare products, or underwear.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase in the return package.
Return Shipping
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as the return process. If the replacement item is available, we will ship it to you once the returned item is received.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a free return and replacement for the item. In the case of damaged items, please take a photo of the damage and send it to us along with your order details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done that and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at tehreemhayatpk@gmail.com or +1 437-799-9782.
